At LUMA NUTRITION, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email for you to print and attach to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original garment tags and protective liners are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
